DEADLIFT — 300 KG (2024) · MARATHON — 3:28 (2026)
The set knows about Tuesday.
Your lifting app doesn’t know tomorrow is goal pace. Your running app doesn’t know what tonight cost you.
Where do you actually rank?
Next Monday has one thing in it.
Every session says why
“Fives at RPE 7, not a top set. Tomorrow is five thousands at 3:55, and goal pace gets first call on these legs.”
“Thursday, not Friday. Forty-eight hours clear of Tuesday’s thousands and forty-eight clear of Saturday’s finish — the pull only gets a day nothing else wants.”

Questions
- What is hybrid training?
- Hybrid training means running a serious program in both lanes at once — a 300 kg deadlift and a 3:28 marathon in the same body, two years apart. Not a lifting block with cardio bolted on the end.
- Can HybridX build a Hyrox training plan?
- Yes. HybridX programs hybrid circuit sessions — sled work, wall balls, lunges, running between stations — alongside your strength and running days, and manages the interference between all three across the week. Tell the AI you're racing Hyrox and it plans toward it. The core of the app is still barbell plus distance; Hyrox sits on top of that.
- How does the AI workout generation work?
- Describe what you want in plain language — like "3 lifting days, 2 runs, keep Wednesday free" — and the AI generates a full training week. It reads your last 12 weeks and your goal, then balances the two.
- Can I use HybridX for free?
- Yes. The free tier includes strength and endurance logging, analytics, load tracking, Garmin and intervals.icu integration, and the Hybrid Athlete Score. AI features (workout generation, modifications, and coach chat) require Premium at $19/month — with a 14-day free trial. The early-adopter price of $9/month is applied at checkout and held for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Does HybridX work with Garmin or intervals.icu?
- Both, and both go two ways. Connect Garmin and every planned endurance workout pushes straight to your Garmin Connect Calendar and onto your watch — structured intervals, pace and HR targets ready to execute — while completed activities sync back the same day. On COROS, Wahoo, Polar or Suunto, connect intervals.icu for the same round trip: planned runs land on your watch, finished activities flow back into your plan.
- Will running kill my strength gains?
- Not as much as you'd think. The interference effect is real but manageable. With proper sequencing — not putting a top set the night before goal-pace work — you can hold your numbers while adding 40-50 km a week. That sequencing is the plan's job: Monday's squats are fives at RPE 7 rather than a top set, because Tuesday is five thousands at 3:55 and goal pace gets the fresh legs.
- What is the Hybrid Athlete Score?
- A free tool that rates your combined strength and running ability from 0 to 100. It uses data from 150M+ lifts and age-graded running standards. No sign-up required.
